Best purchase since the baby came home
I cannot overstate how much this has changed my life. The baby is finally asleep, and instead of choosing between mopping and sleeping, I just... sleep. The robot handles it. I was skeptical because our last vacuum was a nightmare to empty and clean. This one is completely different. The self-empty base means I go maybe a week between touching it. The mopping pad is easy to swap — I can do it one-handed, which matters more than I ever expected. What surprised me: It actually navigates around the baby's floor gym and the ridiculous number of burp cloths that end up everywhere. No getting stuck, no strangled fringe. It just works. It's quiet enough that it doesn't wake a sleeping baby in the next room if I run it during nap time. That alone is worth the price of admission.
I didn't think I needed one. I was mistaken.
My wife wanted one of these. I told her a regular vacuum worked fine. She bought it anyway. I've since stopped offering opinions on vacuums. It runs every morning at 7. By the time I've had my coffee the floors are done. It finds its way back to the dock without getting lost. It has not fallen down the stairs — I was specifically concerned about this and it handles the edge correctly. I have not needed to read the manual since setup. That is high praise from me. Too many products today require you to become an expert in them just to use them. This one you set the schedule and leave it alone. It is loud enough that I know it's running, but not so loud that it bothers me. The dustbin takes thirty seconds to empty. I do it every three days. What surprised me: How much it picks up even when the floors look clean to me. The evidence in the bin is humbling.
My dog shed enough fur to build a second dog. This handles it.
Black cocker spaniel in a 700 sq ft apartment. Do the math. Before this thing I was vacuuming manually every two days and still losing the war against fur. Couch, floors, the weird gap under the radiator — all of it was just my dog's domain. This vacuum changed the situation completely. I run it every morning before work. I come home to floors that don't look like the inside of a dog bed. The mop function is genuinely useful too — paw prints after a rainy walk used to be a whole event. Now they're just part of the scheduled run.The pet hair mode doesn't clog the way my old vacuum did. The self-empty base means I'm not fishing clumps of cocker spaniel out of the dustbin every other day. That alone earned five stars. What surprised me: It handles the transition between my hardwood entry and the living room rug without getting confused or stuck. my dog's favorite nap corner — right in the middle of the rug — is not an obstacle. The vacuum routes around her like she's furniture.
Excellent quality robot vacuum!
This is an all around high quality product. From the physical assembly to the supporting app, this is the best robot vacuum I have ever used. It's easy to clean and the parts do not need to be constantly replaced. What surprised me: There is a camera on the vacuum that allows you to see where the vacuum is at anytime.

Great Vacuum and Mop Combo
Works great! What surprised me: It has a video camera you can talk through
